Thank you for shopping with Shopora! We hope you love your new accessories, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@shopora.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, Shopora will cover the return shipping cost.

• If you’re returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind or wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards

• Sale items or clearance products

• Custom or personalized accessories

If you’re unsure about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges if the requested item is available. To exchange an item, first contact us to initiate the return, and once it’s approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
